Commercial PACE Program Boundaries are limited to: The legal boundaries shall include that part of unincorporated Franklin County certified as an economic opportunity zone as of November 19, 2024, and described as bounded on the West by Eastpoint and on the East by the western foot of the Tilly Miller Bridge in Carrabelle, and bounded on the South by SL George Sound and bounded on the North by the County line, to include all areas located between these four boundaries and excluding all of unincorporated Franklin County located outside these four boundaries or more specifically designated from time to time by the COUNTY by providing written notice to FRED.
