In addition, public comment may be submitted via email to the FRED Administrator at info@fdfcbonds.com. Emails will be accepted, to the extent practicable, through the end of the Public Comment portion of the meeting. Written comments received will be read aloud to the Board and the public and will be incorporated into the meeting minutes.
